Replacing single-use cups with a sustainable, reusable solution can be a challenge. Taking delivery of reusable cups, distributing them across your site, stocking your bars, how to manage used cups and then worrying about the lost cups…it can all be a bit of a headache.

Our reusable cup system is easy to understand for both you and your customers.

It follows a simple 4-step plan.

SUPPLY SERVICE

  • Provision of a cup rental service
  • Delivery & collection of the required amount of reusable cups in our own trucks, driven by our own people
  • Washing & sanitising of the cups after use.

PART MANAGED SERVICE

  • Provision of a cup rental service
  • Delivery & collection of the required amount of reusable cups in our own trucks, driven by our own people.
  • Washing & sanitising of the cups after use.
  • On-site assistance ref bar stocking & replenishment.
  • Free marketing support including the creation of branded visual assets to promote the reusable cup system before and during your event.

FULLY MANAGED SERVICE

  • Delivery & collection of reusable cups in our own trucks, driven by our own people
  • Provision of dedicated 'Cup Crews' on site for the duration of the event, who will integrate themselves into your team
  • Stocking your bars & kiosks with fresh cups as often as needed, and removal of used and returned cups - We will make sure you never run out of cups!
  • Provision of an adequate number of cup return bins according to the size of the activation
  • Management of the cup return points to help keep your site nice and tidy
  • Taking the cups away and having them washed & sanitised
  • Free marketing support including the creation of branded visual assets to promote the reusable cup system before and during your event.
  • We will cover the loss charges, so you don’t have to worry about huge, unexpected bills after the event

Different Models = Different Messaging

Not all of our clients use the ONE Planet ONE Chance Reusable Cup System in the same way.

Whilst they are all based around our 4-step process of BUY YOUR DRINK > ENJOY YOUR DRINK > RETURN YOUR CUP > DON’T TAKE YOUR CUP HOME, there are a variety of different ways you can adopt the system. It depends upon which one works best for YOUR event.

FREE MARKETING SUPPORT

We offer FREE marketing support to our clients to help you communicate the reusable cup system as effectively as possible in the lead up to, and during, your event – it’s all part of the service!  Put simply, the better the communications and visibility, the more successful the reusable cup system will be at your event.

Consider the various communication channels you have available to engage your visitors.  Social media, e-tickets, bar signage & video screens are just a few examples.

Then, once you’ve decided on which method to use from the options above, use the visual assets order form below to order your branded visual assets.  We will get these to you within 2 weeks of receiving your online order form. So remember, don’t leave it too late!

As a free-of-charge service to you, we can provide you with branded asset designs for use at your event. You can use these designs digitally anywhere around your event / venue. You can also have these designs printed out with your local preferred printers, to produce any physical signage required.

We require a minimum of two weeks lead time to generate your assets.

Typically, clients will choose a "4 Step Process (Basic) - A4" graphic along with a larger, more detailed 4-step process graphic with additional wording based on the model they have chosen. They will also choose social media graphics and a GIF.

Generally, clients will assess what reusable cups bins they will be using and where they will be positioned around the venue, and then select from the list below, based on their requirements.

In order for us to be able to produce the branded graphics for you, please upload your brand guidelines / pantone reference colours / logos etc.

When uploading files, best practice is to include files in a zip file.

DOWNLOADS

Even though we will send you the complete set of visual assets that you need to communicate the reusable cup system in the best way possible, you may have your own creative team that wants to go the extra mile and push out additional communications around the reusable cup system. If this is the case, then our downloadable brand guidelines and logo & icon pack provides you with everything you need to create consistent, extension visual assets.
