Replacing single-use cups with a sustainable, reusable solution can be a challenge. Taking delivery of reusable cups, distributing them across your site, stocking your bars, how to manage used cups and then worrying about the lost cups…it can all be a bit of a headache.
Our reusable cup system is easy to understand for both you and your customers.
It follows a simple 4-step plan.

You can choose from either our standard or premium service, depending upon the size of your festival, event, stadium or venue.
STANDARD SERVICE - Our rental service (for small size activations)
- Provision of a cup rental service
- Delivery & collection of the required amount of reusable cups in our own trucks, driven by our own people
- Washing & sanitising of the cups after use.
PREMIUM SERVICE - Our fully managed service (for large size activations)
- Delivery & collection of reusable cups in our own trucks, driven by our own people
- Provision of dedicated 'Cup Crews' on site for the duration of the event, who will integrate themselves into your team
- Stocking your bars & kiosks with fresh cups as often as needed, and removal of used and returned cups - We will make sure you never run out of cups!
- Provision of an adequate number of cup return bins according to the size of the activation
- Management of the cup return points to help keep your site nice and tidy
- Taking the cups away and having them washed & sanitised
- Provision of visible & impactful point of sale around your site, making sure the message is clear for your customers -This can include cup return point gazebos, A3 signage, bar POS and much more
- We will cover the loss charges, so you don’t have to worry about huge, unexpected bills after the event
DOWNLOADS
Pre-event and in-event communication of the 4-step plan is critical to the sucess of the reusable cup system at your festival, event, stadium or venue. You can do this through your website, social media channels, physical and digital assets at your venue and other communication channels you have. In order to help you achieve this, our marketing team – where required – is available to assist you with the creation of digital assets for your various communication channels, as well as press releases and social media activity.
