How It Works

Replacing single-use cups with a sustainable, reusable solution can be a challenge. Taking delivery of reusable cups, distributing them across your site, stocking your bars, how to manage used cups and then worrying about the lost cups…it can all be a bit of a headache.

PREMIUM SERVICE

Our fully managed service for large events  

For event organisers, we will:

  • Deliver & collect reusable cups in our own trucks, driven by our own people.
  •  Provide dedicated Cup Crews on site for the duration of the event, who will integrate themselves into your team.
  •  Ensure our Cup Crews stock your bars & kiosks with fresh cups as often as needed, and remove used and returned cups. We will make sure you never run out of cups!
  •  Provide an adequate number of cup return bins according to the size of the event.
  •  Manage the cup return points to help keep your site nice and tidy.
  •  Take the cups away and have them washed & sanitised.
  •  Provide visible & impactful point of sale around your site, making sure the message is clear for your customers.  This can include cup return point gazebos, A3 signage, bar POS and much more.
  •  Provide access to our ONE Planet ONE Chance® marketing team to work with you on pre-event and in-event communications on your website & social media channels.
  •  Cover the loss charges, so you don’t have to worry about huge, unexpected bills after the event.

We do all of this for a flat fee and is an all-inclusive cost – there are no hidden charges*.  You will know exactly how much the solution will cost you, allowing you to adjust your drink prices to cover the cost of the scheme and make a profit.

This 4-step plan is consistent across all our point of sale and even on the reusable cups themselves.

– Deliver & collect the required amount of reusable cups in our own trucks, driven by our own people.
