On-site cup crews as part of our reusable cup system
Our cup crews, in the build up days of your event, will go around site ensuring that the bars are well stocked with reusable cups. During the event, they will regularly visit all the bar areas to replenish them with new reusable cups, and take away the used ones in tote boxes, ready for washing. In the meantime, they will be combing your venue or festival site, ensuring that the cups that people have not placed into the bins, are put in there, helping you to avoid any loss charges.
And finally, they will be regularly clearing out the reusable cup bins to ensure they never overflow, and also get the used cups back to the cup collection points, ready to be taken off site for washing. In other words, everything to do with reusable cups on site – after all, as we say, it’s a complete system!
